The housings of the ball abutments have two holes: the ball should be inserted through the larger diameter hole.

The ball will protrude 0.4 mm through the smaller hole.

It is recommended that the professional relieve (adjust) the prosthesis in the internal area of the housing to allow the ball to protrude as needed and also to prevent acrylic from coming into contact with the O-ring, which would prevent it from flexing when the ball enters.

The Ø 4.00 mm abutments are used interchangeably in internal hexagon implants of Ø 3.30 / 3.75 / 4.00 mm, as all of them share the same 4.00 mm platform.
